Policy Enforcement

Warnings

If an Org has breached Policy or a member has broken a server rule whilst acting on behalf of the Org, the org will be given a warning from the staff team. We encourage you to take this seriously and make it clear to your org what policy was breached and if a rule was broken that its not acceptable as an org member to break rules.

Strikes

We Operate on a Strike system for major breaches of policy or server rules we will indicate you have received an org strike. Strikes are removed at our discretion and staff will inform you when a strike has been removed (usually after an extended period of good behaviour).

Strikes are enforced as below:

• 1 strike – A warning from the Staff team and advice on how to improve

• 2 strikes – A Temporary Suspension of the Org activities (including Strike 1)

• 3 strikes – Removal of the Organisation

Organisation Ownership

If for whatever reason an Org Leader is removed or leaves Staff will have oversight over who is the next leader. We do not issue Org Slots to the Org but rather the Leader. The leader determines the Organisation's Identity and members no non NSRP policy or guideline can determine ownership of an Organisation in the server.
