Under Crew Purpose

The purpose for your under crew is to create Roleplay for your recruitment of members. As the most elite criminals of the city it's expected that only the most hardened and respected Criminals can climb their way to the top.

Identity

The Under Crew should be treated as a detached entity with its own name and identity. They should even seek their own hangout locations. Whilst they Operate under your protection, they should be self-sufficient working hard to prove to their Leaders that they have what it takes to make the jump into the world of Organisations.

Hostility

For the purposes of Hostility under crew members may be called upon to fill the ranks of the Organisation in a fight. Whilst this can be relied on by Organisations to supplement their roster it should for the sake of roleplay be seen as a proving moment by a crew member to earn their spot in the Organisation.

Recruitment

Recruitment of members into your Org should always be done from your pool of selected Under Crew members. Every member should be recruited and proven through this system if you have any exceptions you must notify staff via your Orgs channel that you are doing so. Be prepared as staff might enquire about your recruitment selections to ensure that sufficient roleplay exists before recruiting a member unless exception has been granted.
